Treasure Children Forever Pre School, Corringham had very humble beginnings back in 1976, when it began with a small number of children in our church building. Back then it was run by a few very dedicated ladies who were all members of Thurrock Christian Fellowship and worked as volunteers.
Over the years the Pre School has steadily grown in every way, going from strength to strength. Today it has a fantastic reputation in the area, is fully subscribed with a waiting list, has nicely decorated modern facilities, and is run by a great team of staff. The Pre School is very successfully managed by Mrs Allison Jones.
On the 3rd November 2011 Treasure Children Forever Pre School was inspected by Ofsted and received the judgement of ‘Outstanding’. This is the culmination of the Staff and Room Leaders putting in an enormous amount of hard work and enthusiasm to achieve the best for the children. They value and involve the family in the child’s learning and work to continually reflect on their practice and how that can be improved. We are all immensely proud of this achievement and are encouraged to maintain the excellence we have achieved.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to continuing to serve this community with an outstanding pre school provision.
The statement below is from the report available on the Ofsted website:
“Overall the quality of the provision is outstanding.
The pre-school is highly effective in meeting the needs of all children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Enthusiastic and well qualified staff support children in making very good progress towards the early learning goals. Excellent procedures are in place to self-evaluate, in order to achieve high standards of care and education and to maintain continuous improvement. Relationships with parents are very carefully supported to ensure that they are very well informed about their child’s progress and development on a regular basis. Professional expertise is used effectively to support staff in meeting children’s individual needs”. Ofsted (3 Nov 11)
