Complaints

Should a complaint of any kind arise, the parent/carer should record the complaint on the form below. Someone will answer you within 7 days.

If the parent/carer has an issue, either involving their individual child or the Pre-School/Nursery as a whole they should, in the first instance, raise the issue with their child's key worker or Room Leader. If the matter is not resolved, it can be raised with the Manager or Senior Manager.

All complaints raised with either the key worker, Room Leader, Manager, or Senior Manager will be logged and a response made within 28 days.

We believe that most complaints are made constructively and can be sorted out at an early stage. We also believe that it is in the best interests of the Pre-School/Nursery and the parents/carers that complaints should be taken seriously and dealt with fairly and in a way which respects confidentiality.

It is every parent/carer's right to make a complaint about the Pre-School.Nursery to Ofsted.
