LOIS BLAKEY - Youth & Children's Worker
Lois Blakey is in her 20's and in 2006 spent five months in Manchester working with The Message Trust on their 'Genetik' course. Lois then returned to TCF and in September 2006 started volunteering in the church, assisting with many roles in our youth ministry. She is now working for us 4 days per week. Lois oversees and runs programmes for the young people & children in the church with the help of her great team of youth and children workers.
GILLIAN CRANEFIELD - Administrative Team Member
Gillian has been in TCF since 1985 & has worked with us since 1998. She works part-time on our admin team with responsibility on our Senior Management Team for 'Communication'. Her role involves general office duties & she works very hard at ensuring that everyone knows what is going on across TCF. Gillian also has a passion for worship and oversees the worship team. She & Ricky have been married for 21 years & have 3 children.
EMMA DELL - TCF Nursery Manager
Emma has been a member of TCF since 1992, has been married to John for 11 years & they have 4 children. She has been involved in the Nursery since it began in 2004 & presently holds the position of Nursery Manager. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Pre-School Practice & is currently working towards her NVQ level 4 in Childcare Management. She enjoys the challenges that occur daily & has a vision to see the Nursery expanding & growing.

JOHN FREEMAN - Administrative Team Manager & Leadership Staff
RUSSELL GODWARD - TCF Team Leader
Russell serves TCF in a full time leadership capacity and has particular responsibility for the development of the vision and direction of the church, and overseeing the Leadership Team and key staff positions. He takes responsibility on our Senior Management Team for all personell matters, and is also presently developing teams to travel regularly into the overseas mission contexts that we serve in Kosova & Uganda, East Africa.

ALLISON JONES - TCF Pre School Manager
Allison moved to Corringham to join TCF in 1990. She is married to Ian and they have 3 children. Allison has worked in the Pre-School for 10 years, qualified in childcare in 2000 and became Manager in 2005. She has a passion for working with children and their families and she recieves great pleasure from seeing a 2 year old who lacks confidence, blossom into a confident 4 year old ready for school.
KATE COLLIER - Administrative Team Member
Kate joined our administrative team in March 2006 and is one of our newest staff members. She is the core adminsitrative team member in our offices at Chase Road & her role involves her in overseeing day to day financial matters, and providing strategic administrative support to our Leadership staff, Senior Management Team & Board of Trustees. She is also responsible for setting up the new website you are enjoying right now!
John’s role with the management team is to administrate the churches finances.
