About SAS

SAS - Bridging the Gap is the name for a community of christians who just want to  serve and share the gospel of Jesus with the local communities in South Grays.

'SAS' stands for Seabrooke (Rise) and All Saints which are the two closest communities to where we meet on a Sunday (The All Saints Centre, John Street, Grays).

'Bridging the Gap' is about building up community relationships and sharing the good news of Jesus.

What's the logo all about?
The Logo is in three parts.

1. The Cross - Jesus is at the centre of everything. The cross speaks of the sacrifice that Jesus made for us so that we could have a relationship with God. Without Him we cannot do anything.

2. The Heart - Love being the motivation for all we do, love for God and and love for one another.

3. The Triangle - The focus of all we do is in three directions.

UP - To God. Wait, Worship, Word. Waiting is prayer underpinning all that we do. Worship - Focusing on God. Word - To grow in understanding God through the Bible.

IN - To each other. Everyone is welcome and has a place. To Encourge and Equip.

OUT - To serve the community needs. To share the truth about Jesus.
