The Wellspring Fellowship

Wellspring is a multi-faceted Ugandan based mission developed in partnership with European Churches. We are based in Bweyogerere, a town 9km east of Kampala, captital city of Uganda..

As well as enjoying close working relationships with many churches across Europe, Wellspring has strong links with indigenous African church ministries such as Nicholas Wafula of Deliverance Church, Uganda, and Emmanuel Rucyaba of Life Ministries International.

Wellspring is a registered Ugandan Non Governmental Organisation, and is also processing registration in Kenya, Tanzania and DRC. Wellspring is non-profit making and is working towards each project and the fellowship, being self supporting.

This fellowship meets on Sunday morning at Wellspring from 10 -1pm and is alive with all ages. As a local indigenous church, it began in 1996 with 8 people and has grown to more than 200 adults currently + children and youth. The average age of this fellowship is about 22yrs. Patrick and Annet Nsereko with Herbert and Eve Wanjala, lead this work which was planted and now fathered by Mike and Beryl Godward. With a major emphasis on the Father heart of God, many are being saved and healed regularly. Another feature is friendship evangelism which has grown the church to what it is today.
