Ambassadors in Sport
Hey,
All is going well here in the U.S. and I am having a cracking time meeting and catching up with the football coaches here. We have just finished our training week (SMTC - Soccer Ministries Training Camp), and today set up for our first camp of 2010 in Hudson Ohio. Pumping up footballs, lining the pitches, setting up the goals.
Also I found out today I have been selected to be a divisional leader, which involves managing all of the children that attend the camp between the age of 8-11, which this week is around 50-60 children at present and is set to increase on the day (tomorrow / Tuesday) with 4 coaches that I have to organise, whilst ensuring that I look after my own team. So prayer for that would be really appreciated as it is out of my comfort zone, and want to help ensure that I can still deliver the gospel effectively to the children, without my mind having to be focused on other things.
After this camp I will then travel to Philidelphia, for a further two camps and then on to a further destination, which I do not know where it will be as of yet.
Hope all is well
God Bless
